1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Albos Cleaning Toronto (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Albos Cleaning Toronto provides professional residential, commercial, industrial, and specialized cleaning services in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). All service bookings, estimates, and executions are subject to the availability of our staff and mutual agreement on the scope of work.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided via our website form, phone, or email are approximate and based on the information provided by the client. The final price may be adjusted upon an in-person inspection of the premises if the actual conditions differ significantly from the initial description. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes (HST).

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any cleaning appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, as outlined in your specific service agreement. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to inclement weather, staff emergencies, or unsafe working conditions.

5. Liability and Damages

We take extreme care when cleaning your property. However, accidents can occasionally happen. If our staff damages an item, we will make every effort to repair or replace it. Our liability is limited to the terms of our corporate liability insurance policy. Please secure all valuables, heirlooms, and fragile items prior to our arrival. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or faulty installation of fixtures/appliances.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
